This is to inform the general public that the University of Benin (UNIBEN) Teaching Hospital is inviting qualified members of the public to her 2015/2016 academic session 18 month school of nursing programme leading to the award of Registered Nurse Certificate (RN)
Qualifications
- Candidates must not be less than 18 years
- Must possess the following:
- WAEC/GCE (O/Level) NECO with five credits in not more than two sittings, subjects should include english, mathematics, chemistry, biology and physics
- senior secondary school certificate (SSCE) in the relevant subjects at credit levels as in (a) above
- candidates must also possess registered midwifery certificate (RM) or Registered psychiatric Nurse Certificate (RPN).

Application forms should state age, state of origin, local government area, schools attended with qualifications obtained and addressed to the principal.

Application forms are obtainable from the office of the deputy director of Nursing education/principal with a non-refundable fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira only). this should be made payable through teller payment to UBTH Training School, (FIDELITY Bank Plc UNIBEN, Benin City). Account No. 50300047475
Candidates are to submit four recent colour passport photographs taken in preceding two weeks while returning the completed application forms.
